Arrow Silhouette Privacy notice

Updated 23 October 2026. This notice covers the Arrow Silhouette Android game, its free classic levels and optional one-time full-version purchase.

1. Local game information

Progress, scores, the selected puzzle and mode, language, colours, audio and motion preferences are stored on your device to provide and remember the game. Rivertake does not receive this local progress. The game has no Rivertake player account, cloud save, separate gameplay analytics, chat, camera, microphone, contacts or GPS access. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove progress and preferences. Android application cloud backup is disabled; device-vendor migration behaviour can vary.

2. Purchases and restoration

Google Play processes the optional one-time full-version purchase. The app requests product prices and active purchase status from Google Play and acknowledges completed purchases. It stores a digitally signed purchase receipt privately on the device to verify full-version access, including temporary offline use. Pending or cancelled payments do not unlock the game. Restore purchases checks active purchases for the Google Play account used for the purchase. Rivertake does not receive or store your payment-card information or Google password. Google processes payment, account, purchase and service information under its own terms and privacy policy. Google's billing library and related diagnostic transport components may communicate with Google. Clearing local game data does not cancel a purchase or erase Google's records.

3. Advertising and choices

The free edition integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Google and disclosed advertising providers may collect and share IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location, device or account identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The app does not send its local puzzle scores to an advertising server. Google's SDK data disclosures apply even though the puzzle itself runs locally.

Before requesting an ad, the app checks the applicable privacy choices. Unknown-age users receive conservative under-age-of-consent treatment and G-rated ad requests. Android advertising-ID and AdServices identifier permissions are removed. This is not a promise that the SDK processes no identifiers or connection information. Where applicable, Google's forms provide choices; Privacy choices in Help lets you reopen available options. Options may not be required for a particular device or treatment. If privacy information or an ad is unavailable, the game continues without waiting for an ad. There is no separate sale of lives or hints.

Advertisements are requested only for natural transitions after completed free classic puzzles, with completion and time limits. A verified full-version purchase prevents further ad requests and discards preloaded advertisements. It does not erase information previously processed by Google. 4. Audio and offline play

Sound effects and music play locally. Puzzle content is included locally. Purchases, restoration, advertising and the hosting of external links require their respective services and a network connection.

5. Support and website

If you email info@rivertake.com, we process your message to respond and handle necessary follow-up. Depending on your request, this is necessary for contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in answering under Article 6(1)(f). Where consent is the applicable basis for optional processing, you can withdraw it for the future. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details. Our existing email service uses STRATO GmbH, Germany. Opening Rivertake website links involves hosting and connection-data processing described in the separate website privacy notice.

6. Delete data, retention and rights

Local progress and settings: On your Android device, open Settings > Apps > Arrow Silhouette > Storage > Clear data. This removes local progress and preferences; it does not cancel your Google Play purchase. You can restore an active purchase with the same Google Play account.
Rivertake support correspondence: To request deletion, email info@rivertake.com with the subject “Arrow Silhouette data deletion”, preferably from the address used for support. Identify the correspondence to be removed. Do not send passwords or card details. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed. If statutory obligations or legal claims require retention, we explain the applicable reason and retention period in our response.
Google-held information: Rivertake cannot erase Google's independently held purchase or advertising records. Use the controls and request channels described in Google's privacy policy. Clearing app data or purchasing the full version does not erase records previously processed by Google.

Local game data remain until removed by you or the device. We keep support correspondence only as necessary for the request, applicable retention duties and legal claims. Google and other disclosed providers have their own retention controls. We cannot remotely erase your local progress or independently held Google records. Where statutory conditions apply, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Rhineland-Palatinate authority.

7. Security and providers

The game WebView permits local game assets and explicitly allowed Rivertake links. Native Google services handle purchases, advertisements and privacy choices. Network processing may occur outside your country, including in the United States. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and service and may include adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google's transfer information. We do not sell local game progress or use it for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
